We have received reports of solicitations for investment in the purchase of shares of unlisted companies, using our company name, affiliated company name or similar names without our permission. Examples include but are not limited to:
・Companies soliciting the purchase of shares of a company claiming to be listed, presenting documents with our company name without our permission as a client or shareholder of the said company.
・Investment solicitations through phone or email in China, using a name similar to ours.
・Promising a monthly interest rate of 20% for investment in our business.
・Creating fake subscription forms for our company and illegally providing loans.

 

We would like to inform you that we have no relationship with any of these solicitations. Please be aware and cautious of such solicitations.
