Regarding the utilization of digital technology and efforts to promote DX.

Utilizing digital technology to create value through DX is a challenge faced by many companies involved in online medical consultation app businesses, pharmaceutical manufacturing, sales, and import/export businesses. They struggle with difficulties in internal coordination, uncertainty about how to begin, and the desire for efficient team building. We aim to create next-generation medical services through our online medical consultation app and pharmaceutical manufacturing, sales, and import/export businesses. However, these companies are insufficient in generating value, understanding the need for change, and establishing management systems for DX. Therefore, our company has also transformed our business model and started developing online medical consultation apps and pharmaceutical manufacturing, sales, and import/export products to automate labor-intensive operations.

First, we identify the challenges faced by companies in the online medical consultation app and pharmaceutical manufacturing, sales, and import/export businesses, and utilize digital technology to find solutions. Specifically, we aim to reduce the burden of labor-intensive tasks by centrally managing patient information, progress of medical treatment, document management, and visualization of business performance. We prioritize each task and aim to efficiently proceed. Furthermore, we plan to incorporate the knowledge and know-how of our own online medical consultation app and pharmaceutical manufacturing, sales, and import/export businesses into a new SaaS system and develop a product that can also be offered to other medical-related companies and labor-intensive pharmaceutical manufacturing, sales, and import/export processes.

 

 

Management vision and strategy

We have launched an internal project to review our business processes and automate labor-intensive operations, and we hold progress meetings every Friday. However, there are challenges such as reminders being missed, difficulty in prioritizing tasks, and tracking the progress of multiple projects. Currently, we provide support services mainly to the online medical consultation app business and the pharmaceutical manufacturing and export industry. Our management philosophy aims to contribute to and create opportunities for the medical industry. Our management strategy includes providing support for fundraising, personnel, and equipment development, sharing information to respond to market changes, and promoting the evolution of our company and support recipients. In this product development plan, we aim to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection by improving business efficiency and supporting non-face-to-face business negotiations in the online medical consultation app business and the pharmaceutical manufacturing and export industry.
